MONDAY
Breakfast: partially skimmed milk (250g); wholemeal rusks (20g)
Snack: kiwi (170g)
Lunch: pasta (50g) with oil and parmesan; veal escalopes (120 g) with peas (60 g); stewed green beans (115g); soy bread;
Snack: strawberries (100 g)
Dinner: robiola (75 g); green salad in quantity with corn (90 g);
Condiments allowed during the day: extra virgin olive oil (15 g); grated parmesan (5 g); soy bread (40g)
During the day you drink only plain water or unsweetened herbal teas, unsweetened coffee or tea

TUESDAY
Breakfast: skimmed milk (250 g) macchiato (coffee 50 g); cereal snack (30 g)
Snack: apricots (180 g)
Lunch: polished rice (50 g) with oil and parmesan; grilled cockerel (85 g); green radicchio salad (90 g); soy bread (40gr);
Snack: grapefruit (200 g)
Dinner: bresaola (100 g) oil and lemon; lettuce salad (120 g), sweet corn (25 g), carrots (35 g); natural water

WEDNESDAY

Snack: puva (180 g)
Lunch: pasta (30 g) in vegetable broth (90 g.); hake (110 g) boiled oil and lemon; tomatoes (120 g); cereal bread; natural water
Snack: pears cooked in natural water (200 g)
Dinner: dogfish stew; grated carrots; natural water
Condiments allowed during the day: extra virgin olive oil (20 g); grated parmesan (5 g); cereal bread (50 g); lemon juice (5 g)
