15 minute mini Christmas workout

 

Today we see mini Christmas workouts of maximum 15 minutes that we can do from the 25th onwards, up to all the holidays.

A practical and healthy way to burn the calories of the holidays, also suitable for beginners.
How to do it? You can follow the tutorial of the images, it is a matter of doing only five exercises counting 60 seconds per exercise,
with no pause between one and the other. Then take a 60 second break at the end of the fifth exercise. Repeat the session four more times and finish with a one-minute 100-second walk in place.

Mini Christmas workout: the tutorial

As I said, calmly count 60 seconds for each exercise you are doing.
From the first to the fifth exercise you will not take breaks: at the end of the fifth you will have a sixty-second break.
Repeat the circuit 4 more times and finish with 100 seconds of relaxing walking in place.
Put some music in the background and get started.
You can perform each exercise at the maximum speed allowed. The faster you go, the more
effective the training will be, but beginners can do it slower.

EXERCISE ONE
The first exercise is facilitated pushups. That is with crossed legs.

The second exercise is the plank with jacks, i.e. closing and opening both legs for 60 seconds.
