And you, have you ever heard of Life 120 ?

Let’s go in order, especially if you don’t know at all what I’m talking about.

The Life 120 project takes care to make us live up to 120 years, without suffering the aggression of degenerative diseases in good shape and in good health.

This is what it aims for.

And this is what a healthy man tries to achieve by following the three cardinal principles of this philosophy which are: right nutrition, right integration and physical activity .

Hard to believe, right? But among the things we believe in there is certainly that of eating better and eating well to stay healthy.

So let’s start with the recipes, which are certainly easy to make and which promise to make our body work more productively by feeding us more carefully and with healthier products.

Let’s see 5 various life 120 recipes.
