Celebrity singer Jennifer Lopez recently launched (and won) a challenge. This is the # 10dayschallenge, a 10-day low-carb diet to lose weight quickly, in which, as the description shows, for ten days you say goodbye to all carbohydrates, from fruit to pasta to desserts.
Jennifer Lopez says she lost several kilos with this challenge and, through her social media, she launched the same challenge to her fans. So many have tried the 10-day low-carb diet.

# 10DAYSCHALLENGE, J-LO’S 10-DAY LOW CARB DIET
Rules
- For ten days you have to say goodbye to pasta, rice, bread, potatoes, sugars of all kinds, fruit.
- You can use sweeteners such as stevia, but the ideal would be to avoid the sweet taste for ten days.
- The foods allowed are: meat, fish, nuts, oilseeds, butter, oil, oilseed butters, eggs, avocados, green leafy vegetables, courgettes, cucumbers, aged cheeses in moderation, cold cuts.
- Yes to herbal teas and coffee as long as they are low in stevia and unsweetened.
- The only dessert allowed is the light and low carb fruit jelly that you can find below.
Jennifer Lopez 10 Day Low Carb Diet Recommended Menu.
Breakfast.
Option A. Two eggs cooked in a little butter + 3-4 slices of ham / speck. Coffee or tea.
B. _ 100 grams of avocado with a scrambled egg and 5 almonds on top. Coffee or tea.
C. 50 grams of speck or cooked ham with 25 grams of seasoned cheese in a pan, served with 50 grams of sliced avocado. Coffee or tea.
Lunch and dinner.
100 grams of meat (of all types as long as fresh) or fish (of all types, even smoked or in drained oil) or alternatively 70 grams of mature cheese + salad (a handful) with lemon juice and a teaspoon of oil + a sliced cucumber or a zucchini in a pan. Otherwise, a plate of leafy vegetables (escarole, endive, chicory, spinach) with a little butter or oil.
Snacks (two per day).
A cucumber with a tablespoon of almond or peanut butter (no added sugar)
10 almonds or 15 pistachios or 3/4 walnuts.
20 grams of coconut chips.
Aid allowed in addition to the diet.
- A serving of konjac or shirataki noodles for lunch or dinner.
- A pack of Hartley’s Sugar Free Strawberry Jelly.
