Ten minutes of metabolic training you can do in the morning to burn calories, boost your metabolism, lower your blood sugar, and train your whole body. Since many people do not find time to train, I present these 10 minutes of metabolic training to do in the morning, in the version for beginners and for more trained people.
This workout does not require large spaces or tools, but those who want can perform the exercises marked with an asterisk using weights of half a kilo, a kilo or two kilos. The former can be replaced by two half-liter bottles full of water.

10 MINUTES OF METABOLIC WORKOUT TO DO EVERY MORNING

The ten-minute metabolic workout includes a total of 11 exercises, including two for the initial warm-up.
The only rule: run them at the maximum speed allowed, even in the beginner version.
The first two exercises of these 10 minutes of metabolic training take place without a break for 30 seconds each.
They are warm-up exercise A and B.

METABOLIC TRAINING: WARM UP FOR ONE MINUTE

Exercise A. Standing, arms crossed, touch the toe of the opposite side (or up to the calf) with one hand while bending down

B. Now, place your hands behind your head with your elbows up, and alternately raising your legs towards your waist, bending down and touching the knee of the opposite side with your elbow.

From the third exercise onwards , then from C, if you choose a lower intensity, count 45 seconds per exercise and 15 seconds of rest; if, on the other hand, you are used to doing cardio workouts, 50 seconds of exercise and 10 seconds of rest.
