10 HEALTHY SNACKS UNDER 100 CALORIES.

  • Banana pancake .

They are lightning fast, and have around 50 calories each.
Pound a medium banana (weighing one pound) and roughly ripe at the right point, add a teaspoon of coconut flour, cinnamon or grated zest of a lemon, a pinch of salt and a medium egg.
Heat a non-stick pan and make three spoonfuls of the mixture for a total of four small pancakes. You can eat a couple of them along with a jar of low-fat yogurt and a spoonful of oat flakes for a perfectly dietary breakfast.

  • Baked potato skins or kale chips.

Find the recipe for kale chips here . For the skins, every time you use the potatoes, blanch the already washed skins and freeze them. When you have enough, place them on the parchment paper with a tablespoon of oil, salt and a little pepper or paprika at 200 degrees, until they become “crunchy”. One cup of these fake fries has less than eighty calories.

  • Zucchini chips .

Cut the courgettes into very thin slices, perhaps using a mandolin, and arrange them on a lightly greased baking sheet. Add salt and pepper and, if desired, sprinkle with a little sesame or linseed and a teaspoon of courgette oil. In a hot oven until they become curly and crunchy. Seventy calories per serving.

  • Pop corn (without butter).

You can also make them sweet, sprinkling on a little stevia combined with cocoa powder or cinnamon, but salty popcorns are great as a substitute for cheese or corn chips. A pound brings almost 400 calories, but a pound of popcorn to make is a huge amount. If you only add flavored salt, a cup of popcorn has about 80 calories (from 25 grams of corn kernels). (CONTINUED ON PAGE TWO)
