The Wellbeing method for effective weight loss
It is called the Wellbeing Method , and it is a program that was developed by biologists Luca Naitana and Anna Masi, and which allows you to effectively lose weight, purify yourself and rebalance your entire body.

So let’s start by talking about the Wellbeing Method in general.
WELLBEING METHOD: WHAT IT IS AND HOW IT WORKS
The Wellbeing method, which we can translate as a method of feeling good, is based on five pillars: nutrition, purification, intestinal balance, acid-base balance and mind & spirit.
WELLBEING METHOD: NUTRITION
- As for the nutritional part, doctors suggest a diet with about 55-60% of carbohydrates, 30% of proteins and 10-15% of fats.
- Calories are not counted, but junk food, fried foods, sugars, refined carbohydrates and yeasts must be eliminated.
- The diet is of the dissociated type, with animal proteins for lunch combined with cooked vegetables, carbohydrates from complex sources (whole grains) for dinner with cooked vegetables or vegetable proteins (legumes).
- The dressing to be preferred is raw olive oil.
- Fruit should be eaten alone, away from meals.
- Fruits and vegetables must be consumed in quantity, alternating colors, and during the day it is recommended to drink one and a half liters of low-residue water.
WELLBEING METHOD: PURIFICATION
We recommend 5 meals a day, and the focus of purification is to help the liver dispose of toxins, thus avoiding problems of various kinds, from hormonal imbalances to digestive difficulties to skin impurities.
You start the day with a glass of warm water with half a lemon squeezed. At the site of the method, supplements are then proposed to drain and purify the body.
WELLBEING METHOD: BASE + INTESTINAL ACID BALANCE
In addition to the rule of food dissociation, exercises are recommended to promote proper digestion and intestinal washing with water and chamomile to be performed once in a while to get rid of waste.
To promote the body’s acid-base balance, the agents that disturb it are reduced.
For example, you sleep at least seven hours a night, turn off TV and cell phones an hour before going to bed, take breaks (getting up, walking) every 5 hours of work.
WELLBEING METHOD: MIND AND SPIRIT
It is preferable to eat at fixed times, trying to make mealtime convivial and relaxing. Better to let at least two hours pass from the end of dinner to bedtime.
It is recommended to chew food for a long time, to allow the body to assimilate nutrients, while all after-meal activities that can interfere with digestion are not recommended.
