The Reiki Master, who he is and what he does

The Reiki Master  is in practice an energy transformer, a vehicle that picks up the electromagnetic waves present in the air and puts them in dialogue with the recipient’s body. Let’s find out better.

What the Reiki Master does

To understand exactly how a Reiki Master (Shinpiden) works , we must start from a basic assumption, an assumption that is not theoretical or based on a vague spiritual inspiration: we are covered by energy . We receive it, we give it, we take it from the universe; the exchange is continuous.

The word Reiki stands for Universal Life Energy . It is defined as that force that works and lives in all things of creation. The word is of Japanese origin and consists of two parts. The syllable Rei describes the unlimited universal aspect of this energy. While Ki is a part of Rei , it is the life force of life that flows through all that lives. With these statements, it seems that we are entering a side that is foreign to science. In fact, modern physics itself confirms this perspective. Everything is charged with energy and tends to release it.

Our body contains billions of cells, each of which contains about 100,000 different genes, formed, in turn, from long chains of DNA, in the shape of a spiral. The Reiki Master works on the energy package we have and creates a “bridge” between our energy “reservoir” and the immense one available to the universe. This is because every body, living or not, emits electromagnetic waves with an easily calculated wavelength; we emit electromagnetic waves in the infrared spectrum with a central frequency of 9.4 micrometers.

In practice, the body of the  Reiki Master behaves like an energy transformer , which captures the electromagnetic waves present in the air of very high frequency (for example those included in the ultraviolet range and in visible light) transforming them into waves with a lower frequency. but which penetrate bodies more easily. These waves are channeled through the head and arms, to exit the hands in a frequency between the biocompatible ones, the same frequency as the organs underlying the hands.

We are not talking about an esoteric or mystical practice: Reiki and science proceed on the same interpretative track applied to reality which cannot be denied the existence simply because the reception is not based on the retinal impact.

The three levels to become a Reiki Master

Reiki arrived in the West thanks to Dr. Hayashi and Mrs. Takata was initially structured in three levels  and still today this tripartition remains. Let’s see briefly step by step:

Reiki 1st Level
The first level provides the possibility of carrying out basic treatments consisting of a series of hand positions on the recipient’s body. The self-treatment, always with the hands in contact with the body and finally the quick treatment, also called first aid. The proposed basic program contemplates the history of Reiki, the theory of energy according to quantum physics and an approach to disease as an imbalance.

Reiki II ° Level
The aspiring Reiki Master enriches the way of working with energy, as thanks to the help of symbols , he is able to operate remote treatment, mental treatment, energetic cleaning of environments and many techniquessuch as the Gaze Technique ( Gyoshi ho ), the Breath Technique ( Koki ho ).

Reiki III ° Level
Following a matured experience , a work of personal purification , the aspiring healer learns further techniques of rooting, cleaning. After a very sacred activation ceremony, he becomes, in fact, Reiki Master . Reaching the level of Master is not a point of arrival, but is seen as the first step of a long journey.

How the Reiki treatment takes place

In a Reik i treatment, the person receiving the therapy lies down or sits down clothed. The Reiki Master places his hands on the patient , with the palms facing his body. The therapist usually uses positions that draws from a range of established techniques that includes about 12 or 15. Each position is maintained for a time interval that can vary from 2 to 5 minutes, but in general the duration is variable , it depends on the feeling that the Reiki Master is able to capture based on the energy flow. The number of sessions varies according to the psychophysical condition of the client being treated.

While the possibility of performing Reiki sessions at short or medium distance is practiced and practicable, many doubts are arising around Reiki sessions online ., treatments done through the computer and for a fee. The reasons for the skeptical judgment surrounding the online Reiki sessions are due to the fundamental obstacle that is the screen; in fact, touch or proximity are necessary conditions for the transfer of energy. It should be added that, even in traditional cases of Reiki sessions, at times, a person in difficulty hardly distinguishes between an apparently sweet and consoling attitude behind which absolute incompetence hides and a true healer aware of his own energy, humble, honest. This does not mean that there are excellent professionals able to do good jobs even from a distance.
