The green purifying juice
This green purifying juice is perfect for seasonal changes, for a quick detox. It should be drunk instead of breakfast in the morning, for at least a week, accompanied by a cup of green tea.
Very rich in vitamin C , the green purifying juice is highly antioxidant , helps the body to dispose of waste and can lose up to a pound of swelling and water retention if drunk for a week instead of breakfast.

GREEN PURIFYING JUICE
1 bunch of fresh spinach, lettuce or rocket
1 peeled and seeded cucumber
a generous handful of parsley
a 150 gr green apple without peel or kiwi for the same weight
the juice of a lemon
For those who want to fill up, I recommend cutting everything into pieces and using the blender. Otherwise, use the extractor and thus prepare the purifying juice (or with centrifuge). Calories: 120.
