The Body Fast diet to lose weight in 7 days

Sometimes a week of diet can be useful both to be more motivated to continue in our habits and because, let’s face it, periods of cheating or in which we eat a little more always happen: some special invitation, a long weekend or a holiday week in which we exaggerated at the table, a bad period that led us to exaggerate between snacks and comfort foods. To get back on track, here’s the Body Fast Diet plan: an easy regimen to lose weight in 7 days, effortlessly. Designed by the American site Woman & Home , this slimming plan is designed to lose weight in 7 days, so it should not be prolonged: in short, it is a sort of mini-diet to do if we have 2-3 kilos to lose.
Easy, partly detox and partly deflating, very fast. Here is the plan.
