What is Monacolin K.
Monacolin KÂ is a substance that acts against hypercholesterolemia
and can be found in fermented red rice , produced thanks to the action of various strains of the yeast Monascus purpureus and used for centuries in traditional Chinese medicine and cuisine to control cholesterol levels. and blood lipids.
