Lose 9 kg in 2 weeks on the Danish diet

The Danish diet is very similar to the Plank diet , also referred to as the  Copenhagen diet .

Like the Plank, the Danish diet ensures fast weight loss, but is more drastic .
It is not protein, it is a diet that combines therapeutic fasting with low carb.

It is in fact useful for losing 9 kg in 2 weeks , and I recommend it only before or after periods of more caloric feeding, such as holidays or special events.

In this case it has a guaranteed effectiveness.
On the contrary, in all other cases the Danish diet must be followed by at least two or three weeks of maintenance in order not to regain the lost kilos. I anticipate that it is tough and that it is best to talk to your doctor before doing it.

Diabetic patients, hypertensive patients, pregnant or lactating women, those with stress problems or under drug therapy absolutely cannot do it.

Rules of the Danish diet.

  • Only permitted foods are eaten, without substitutions, without additions of seasonings.
  • You can drink coffee, tea, or herbal tea with stevia or a zero-calorie sweetener.
  • Lunch and dinner cannot be exchanged.
  • The breakfast is valid for all days and provides. 
    A cup of unsweetened coffee or green tea.
    A glass of warm water with lemon juice.
    If you can’t skip breakfast, opt for 150 grams of skimmed Greek yogurt. 
  • Physical activity is not recommended while on the Danish diet.
  • As a snack you can eat raw celery or cucumbers, but in the official version they are not allowed.

Monday
Lunch.
A boiled egg in a salad with a medium raw tomato and a little lemon juice. 200 grams of boiled spinach.
Dinner.
