The diet can actually be followed for two months.

LOSE 5 KG WITH THE AUTUMN DIET, THE RULES.  

Lunch and dinner are not interchangeable.
It is advisable to refrain from drinking alcohol during the diet.

LOSE 5 KG WITH THE AUTUMN DIET. FIRST WEEK

  • Breakfast and snacks valid for the whole month of the diet .
  • Breakfast. 
    Skimmed milk (g 200) and wholemeal bread (g 30) with a tablespoon of jam, or
    low- fat yogurt (g 200), two tablespoons of whole wheat sticks, two kiwis and a cup of green tea, or
    barley or green tea with a teaspoon of honey and three wholemeal biscuits.
  • Morning snack: a seasonal fruit or a freshly squeezed juice.

Afternoon snack: a cup of unsweetened barley and a fruit.
