Breakfast. I give you all possible alternatives.

  • Salty. 40 grams of toasted wholemeal bread with a teaspoon of oil and chopped cherry tomatoes. A large egg or 50 grams of cooked ham. Alternatively a small ham and cheese toast at the bar. 200 ml of orange juice or squeezed juice at the bar. Coffee or tea.
  • Sweet . 3 rusks with 3 teaspoons of Melinda apple compote + 125 grams of yogurt or 60 grams of ricotta. Latte with coffee and 150 ml of skimmed milk, a teaspoon of sugar.
  • Mixed . A 25 gram slice of bread with a teaspoon of jam. A large hard-boiled egg with a slightly soft yolk or 100 grams of cottage cheese or an omelette of 100 grams of egg whites with a teaspoon of grated coconut or almond flour. 200ml unsweetened apple or orange or pineapple juice or skim or soy milk. Coffee or tea.
  • The bar. An empty brioche or a soft fruit croissant + latte macchiato with sweetener.
  • Antifame. 200 grams of cooked apple or pear, with 150 grams of skimmed Greek yogurt and a tablespoon of muesli. 3-4 almonds. Coffee or tea with a level teaspoon of sugar or honey. Or a portion of porridge (boil 40 gr. Of oat flakes in 250 ml of skim milk, with a pinch of salt and a spoonful of honey) with 3-4 chopped almonds, coffee or tea.


Lunch. Possible alternatives.

  • A moderate plate of pasta or gnocchi (bottom of the plate) with lots of vegetables and a teaspoon of oil. A walnut + an herbal tea or a coffee. In addition to the vegetables, we can add 2 tablespoons of boiled or drained legumes or seafood.
  • A 120 gram steak of veal or the same amount of grilled chicken breast, a lightly seasoned vegetable dish, a packet of crackers or 200 grams of boiled potatoes or a fruit of your choice.
  • A mixed salad with natural tuna or a light mozzarella or two small eggs. A small fruit.

Snack. A 125-gram non-whole yogurt or a popsicle or fruit such as melon, watermelon or citrus fruit.

Dinner: fork rule.
Vegetables at will with a teaspoon of oil or mixed salad.
A medium portion of fish (of any kind) or molluscs or crustaceans, not in oil or fried, or a portion of pasta such as rigatoni with vegetables if we ate proteins for lunch (choice two and three).
No to pumpkin, avocado, tubers or turnips, artichokes, potatoes.
For dinner you should only use the fork. Hands are not allowed either.
The fork should not be used for cutting or separating, but only for piercing food. 
Anything that cannot be easily pierced with a fork (creams, spoon desserts, biscuits, bread sticks, bread, cakes), cannot be eaten.

What’s the catch? In order not to always eat fish for dinner with vegetables, it is logically not possible to always eat pasta for lunch, so that you can eat it for dinner.
You will be forced to vary with meat for lunch, an omelette or a mixed dish in the middle of the day.
