LIGHT APPLE CAKE (LOW FAT)

700 gr of golden delicious apples cut into thin slices and sprinkled with a little lemon juice
80 gr of cane sugar or coconut palm sugar

two eggs

100 gr of double zero flour or Majorcan flour such as Probios Farina Maiorca

75 ml of skimmed milk or light vegetable alternative (rice, coconut, almond)
a sachet of vanilla yeast

Procedure for the light apple pie.

Line a 22 cm round cake pan with parchment paper and set the oven to 180 °.
Beat the eggs with sugar, salt and lemon zest.
Gradually add flour, milk, yeast.
Incorporate two thirds of the apples and transfer the mixture into the mold.
Arrange the remaining apples in a radial pattern and sprinkle them with the sugar set aside. Put in the oven for 35 minutes! Personalize with a sprinkle of Ceylon cinnamon.
