Lambertucci: the diet of diets for healthy weight loss

The diet of diets, as the title says, is the perfect diet according to Rosanna Lambertucci, who conceived it with the collaboration of her daughter Angelica and Doctor Fausto Aufiero, a doctor and nutritionist. The book, released for Mondadori , was born from the reflection of how the Coronavirus has changed our lives. And from the need to improve health and the immune system thanks to a diet that is also slimming.
A diet different from the others because it is based on nutritional biotherapy, of which Dr. Aufiero is an expert.

But why slimming?
Because obesity is a risk factor for Coronavirus pneumonia, that is, it is one of the diseases related to a greater rate of aggravation if you become infected. At the same time, today also in Italy we are three times more obese than in the past.
The isolation obviously did not help. There are many people who, forced at home or to have limited movements, are gaining weight due to the health emergency.

But let’s take a closer look at the characteristics of this diet of diets. Starting precisely with the nutritional biotherapy on which it is based.

THE DIET OF DIETS: HOW TO LOSE LOSS WITH NUTRITIONAL BIOTHERAPY

The work of Dr. Aufiero, consultant for this book and creator of the menus shown, is based, as we have seen, on a still unknown branch of nutrition, namely nutritional biotherapy.

Founded by Dr. Domenica Arcari Morini, nutritional biotherapy explores the pharmacological power of foods and food combinations, from a preventive and curative point of view.

As the book explains, simply reducing calories to lose weight is not enough and has not led people to beat their overweight so far. In fact, he gets fat for genetic, hereditary reasons, for bad habits and wrong lifestyle, for drug therapies, for endocrine disorders.

Among the bad eating habits, the tendency to eat in a hurry, not to look at the quality of the food we bring to the table, to use food as a comfort, to eat often between meals.

On page two we see how Lambertucci’s diet works.
