Jamie Olivier’s pancake recipe

It seems that Pancake Day is celebrated every year , 40 days before Easter: so the bad news is, I don’t know about you, but I missed the party . To make up for it, tomorrow I will make these pancakes according to the pancake recipe of the famous British chef Jamie Oliver. That is, nothing easier:

JAMIE OLIVER’S PANCAKES RECIPE
3 eggs
125 grams of flour 00
250 ml of milk
a pinch of salt and an optional pinch of sugar
butter for the pan

Procedure: put eggs, flour and milk in a mixer, or use an electric whisk. Work the mixture, let it rest for
15 minutes, then heat a little butter in a pan and make pancakes. If you want you can add a little baking powder if you want them swollen. That’s all.
To be served with maple syrup, chocolate or fruit syrup.

3 eggs
125 grams of low glycemic index flour FIBERPASTA LA FLOUR (5% fewer calories and more fiber but remains white, also good for desserts)
250 ml of skimmed milk (or almond milk sugar-free Provamel / Alpro)
a splash (just count 2-3 seconds) of Extra Virgin Olive Oil Spray (about 10 calories)
a pinch of salt and an optional pinch of Truvia
a pinch of cinnamon (hypoglycemic)
apple vinegar and bicarbonate sodium instead of yeast.
The process is the same. To be dressed with MyProtein MYSYRUP
syrup without calories , without sugar to the taste you want (there is also maple syrup)
