In what hours you risk eating compulsively

There are times of day when it’s much easier to overeat, did you know that?

On Dcomedieta we have often talked about it . Compulsive eating in itself is not an eating disorder, but is more related to the environmental factor and not just to behavior.

For example, the choice of having some foods at home that we cannot resist, such as a jar of hazelnut cream or a packet of biscuits, is an environmental factor.

As well as having a patisserie or other shop near the house from which we often serve. Or a certain daily routine that leads us to be more stressed at certain times of the day.

But there are also hours during the day that lead people to overeat or overeat.
According to a survey, these hours are eleven in the morning, 3-4 in the afternoon and half past nine in the evening or the after-dinner period in general.
