If the dad trains, the baby is healthier
Children born to parents who train regularly would be much healthier, and would also have better carbohydrate metabolism, i.e. they would be able to use glucose better for energy purposes. This would allow them to have no weight problems as adults.
This is what emerged from a study promoted by the Wexner Medical Center of the Ohio State University College of Medicine , in which researchers, looking at observations on samples of mice, saw that the young that were born from the semen of male mice that moved they were often naturally leaner, even if they were given a higher calorie diet.
From this observation, the researchers analyzed the blood and sperm of the mice and the blood of the young. They found that the mice that exercised regularly passed specific information to their offspring at the RNA level via sperm. This would lead the babies to have a better metabolism already at birth.
And if the baby’s mother has always been active and loves movement , the percentages that the little one can grow up to become obese are very drastically reduced.
