How to lose 6 kg per month with the Sima diet

The Sima diet is a three-phase diet that includes Silicon and Magnesium supplementation to increase weight loss results, reducing stress and increasing energy levels. Born in France, the Sima diet is divided into three phases. The first phase is the slimming one, to lose 6 kg in 4 weeks.

The second is a one-week transition phase, the third is the maintenance phase, split into two weeks each. Even in the transition phase, weight is lost, but little, about half a kilo. The steps are necessary to avoid regaining the lost weight.

HOW TO LOSE 6 KG WITH THE SIMA DIET. FIRST PHASE.

The first phase of the Sima diet lasts 4 weeks. You lose 1.5-2 kg maximum per week. 

Rules.

  • Only the foods allowed are taken, in the desired quantity, that is.
    Egg whites, fat-free cooked ham, chicken breast, turkey breast, rabbit meat, veal, low-fat quark, skimmed milk, skimmed Greek yogurt, low-fat cottage cheese, light ricotta, cod, hake, sea bream, sea bass , plaice, squid, octopus, shrimp, clams, natural tuna, mussels, grilled seitan (natural), creamy tofu, natural tofu (no aromas or flavors). Plus all vegetables except carrots, beets, squash, artichokes, tomatoes, Jerusalem artichokes, celeriac, leeks. Avocado is a fruit and is not allowed.
  • Stevia can be used and added a teaspoon of raw oil x three times a day, plus lemon juice, coffee, tea, herbs, spices and salt.
  • Salt should be used sparingly.
  • At 11, 17 and 22 a tablet is taken for a total of 50 mg absorbable magnesium bisglycinate (recommended brand: Magnesium bisglycinate (50 mg of elemental magnesium) + a glass of water with a teaspoon of Silicon supplement for internal use ( recommended brand: Silicium G5 siliplant ).
  • Meals are full , preceded by a glass of mineral water and always associated with vegetables, even at breakfast. For example, for breakfast we can eat cucumbers or a fennel and ginger juice.
  • Before breakfast, you should drink a glass of water with lemon juice + a tablespoon of chia seeds, for example in the same water or in addition to yogurt or smoothies in milk.
  • It takes 30 minutes of brisk walking every day.
