Dinner is the beast of all diets, or in any case it is the beast of every person who tends to get fat, the weak point of our diet. The reason is obvious: we want to have a good time at dinner . Arriving in the evening we are tired, we have the weight of a day on us, we would just like to sit at the table and eat, and who cares about the diet, the calories, the ban on drinking alcohol. We have already had to endure a whole day in which we often kept ourselves in order not to get fat. And so we eat.
If we manage to be dutiful at breakfast and lunch, if we know how to settle for a salad or we manage to halve the first (a lot with work, worries, etc., one immediately thinks of something else), dinner is not. Dinner NO. That is, even if we want to, it becomes very difficult to respect the diet or avoid overeating if we are already fat. So how do you do it?
According to dietician Shira Lenchewski , dinner must always be a satisfying meal , even when we are on a diet or do not want to get fat and try to limit ourselves to the table. Here then is his idea of ​​a diet dinner, which is made up of four parts:

1) a portion of lean proteins: smoked or fresh salmon seasoned with lemon juice, spices, Greek yogurt;
– or grilled prawns
– or two chicken skewers
– or two lean meat burgers, veal type
– seitan or tofu or tempeh
2) a portion of raw or cooked vegetables : green beans, courgettes, lettuce, asparagus (medium portions), seasoned with a spoonful of pesto, or a vinaigrette with oil, yogurt, lemon or yogurt and a teaspoon of mayonnaise
3) two spoonfuls (half a cup) of complex carbohydrates: two spoonfuls of whole grains or legumes of your choice, perhaps in salads;
4) good fats: olive oil (used to season dishes), sesame oil, a quarter of avocado.
It is an ideal dinner for a family. If we remember to eat balanced in this way (a plate of lean protein + two spoonfuls of carbohydrates + raw or cooked vegetables and seasonings with vegetable oils or fats) , dinner will automatically be a dietary and non-fattening meal.
